Colonnata Lard

The history, the climate and position of the village, the marble and its caves, the skill and ancient tradition of its people are contributing factors to the creation of this unique produce which melts in your mouth, with frangrant and rich aromas and a delicate taste, almost sweet to the palate. During the visit there will be a talk on the production of this lard, its ageing inside marble basins and there will be a tasting.
