Almond favours (confetti in Italian) are almonds coated in sugar, though there are many variations. This speciality has always been given as a symbol of fortune and prosperity and has been produced in Spain since the ancient age, as well as in Italy where the most important factories are found.
Inside the factory it’s possible to visit the manufacture and production areas of the sugar almonds, as well as the production of sugar flowers found in many confectionery creations.
After the manufacturing stage, it will be possible to taste many types of sugar almonds and see the exhibition area.
