Visit to a farm located near Sorrento surrounded by vineyards, olive trees, lemons, oranges, mandarins and walnuts.
Participants will visit the late 19th century oil mill and the “bottaro” (the wine cellar). They will see the demonstration of the processing of caciocavallo and the naturally handmade Sorrento braided Mozzarella.
At the end, a tasting of various company products will be served.
