Arrival at Naples airport, where the grooup will meet the tour leader. Transfer by coach to the hotel in the center of Naples, the “city of the sun” with a unique charm, synonymous with liveliness and tradition; one of the largest and most enchanting cities of art in the Mediterranean, surrounded by a breathtaking scenery also given by the natural setting of the Gulf and Vesuvius and enriched by an artistic and architectural heritage. Naples is truly a city which buzzes with energy, animated by the din of the markets and populated by colorful and playful characters, always ready to welcome visitors with a smile on their lips and a good mood.

Breakfast in hotel and meeting with the tour leader. The day will be dedicated to the discovery of this magnificent and surprising city that will leave a unique memory in your hearts. Meeting with the local guide for the walking tour. Walking through the historic center, we will cross the most fascinating and interesting districts of the city such as the Spaccanapoli district: a straight line that cuts the city in half, from the Spanish quarters to Forcella, this is the beating heart of Naples. Continue to the wonderful baroque church of Gesù Nuovo and the fantastic Monumental Complex of Santa Chiara; through the alleys full of the most famous pizzerias and pastry shops in the city you reach the Cathedral of San Gennaro, protector of the city, a saint towards whom citizens have always had an intense and passionate relationship. The Treasure of San Gennaro, represented by relics and precious objects, is well preserved inside the Cathedral. Visit to the district of San Gregorio Armeno, famous for the artisan shops of the characteristic “Neapolitan Nativity Scenes”, unique in their kind and known throughout the world for their richness of details and their genuineness in representing the stories of daily life of the time , but also current, with more modern characters (see the statuette of the famous footballer Maradona). Lunch in a typical Neapolitan fryer / pizzeria, where the palate will be delighted by the goodness, tastes and flavors of typical products, like the true and original Neapolitan Pizza, the tasty potato crocché and many other local specialties.
In the afternoon continuation of the guided excursion with a panoramic bus tour with a visit from the outside of the most famous museums and places in Naples: the famous Maschio Angioino, symbol and emblem of the city, the wonderful medieval and Renaissance castle, the famous Galleria Umberto I, the fashionable and commercial center of the city, the San Carlo Theater, one of the most famous and prestigious in the world; up to the beautiful Piazza Plebiscito.
Back to hotel for dinner and overnight.
Breakfast in hotel and meeting with the tour leader. Departure by bus to Caserta and first stop for a visit to a dairy farm in the area. Guided tour of the farm with explanation of the production process of the famous buffalo mozzarella and other products of the dairy. After the visit to the buffalo’s livestock, we will have a buffet lunch where you can taste the dairy products, lunch will also be enriched with local cured meats and a typical plate of pasta from Campania. In the afternoon continue by bus for a guided tour of the famous and wonderful Royal Palace of Caserta: one of the most beautiful and majestic palaces in Europe. The Royal Palace of Caserta, built between the end of 1700 and first beginning of the following century, was the ancient residence of the Bourbon royal family. Designed by Luigi Vanvitelli, at the behest of King Charles III of Bourbon, who intended to build a sumptuous royal residence on the model of the Castle of Versailles and the Royal Palace of Madrid. The Palace has twelve hundred rooms, richly furnished, the scenography is completed by the vast and splendid park decorated with sculptures and fountains. The Palace is included in the Unesco World Heritage Site. Visit the royal apartments to learn about the life and habits of the ancient nobility, we will admire the royal bedroom and the huge ballroom of the Royal Palace. We will discover the wonders of the park, including sculptures and water games with gushing fountains and an infinity of flowers. Return by bus to Naples.

Breakfast in hotel and meeting with the tour leader. Departure by bus to Pompei where we will meet the guide for visiting the most famous archaeological excavations in the world. The city buried by the terrifying eruption of Vesuvius in 79 AD. was completely covered by ash and lapilli, and today it constitutes the most precious testimony of daily life in the Roman era. The archaeological excavations, begun in 1748 at the behest of King Charles III of Bourbon, allow us to discover the charm of the ancient city by taking a journey back in time. Visit of the Domus, the houes of wealthy patricians and merchants, public buildings, temples, theaters, thermal baths, the Roman amphitheater, the public gym and much more. During this visit, participants can realize how lives residents of this place have been tragically stopped suddenly one morning in August 79 A.D. Free time for lunch.
In the afternoon, we will continue by bus to visit Vesuvius, the only active volcano in continental Europe. We will take the bus to the parking area and then continue on foot and reach the famous crater, having a pleasant 20-minute walk on soft volcanic ash and pumice stone. The show that awaits us is unique!! We will see the inside of the crater from which steam fumes still escape today and we will be rewarded with a breathtaking view of Pompei, the Gulf of Naples and the surrounding countryside. It is highly recommended to wear comfortable walking shoes.
Continuation by bus to Sorrento, arrival at the hotel, dinner and overnight.

Sorrento, known as “The Pearl of the Gulf of Naples”, certainly the most beautiful and famous resort of the Sorrento peninsula, is located in front of the bay of Naples, famous for its villas, parks and gardens, as well as for the beautiful views and characteristic citrus groves. Also known as “the citrus city”, where the landscape is characterized by an alternation of sea and mountains. Built on a tuff ridge, it contains naturalistic, artistic, cultural and folkloristic peculiarities unique in the world, and thanks to its position overlooking the sea it allows an exclusive panorama. Sorrento has a high quality of craftsmanship: famous are its laces and its wooden inlays. Piazza Tasso, the heart of the city, is dotted with bars, cafes and historic clubs. The historic center is a maze of narrow streets and alleys where the beautiful Cathedral of San Francesco is located, a building of the fourteenth century, with a historic and very suggestive cloister thanks to its particularly crossed arches. The Basilica of Sant’Antonino is also interesting, where the body of the saint is kept in the crypt. Gastronomy is an excellent activity in Sorrento, with typical products such as gnocchi alla sorrentina, Bebè di Sorrento (sweet caciocavallo), walnuts, limoncello sorbet and other lemon delights. Free time for lunch. In the afternoon, visit to a liqueur production laboratory with an explanation of the production process of the most famous liqueurs in the area, such as Limoncello. Depending on the weather conditions, it is possible to stroll in the company’s garden / citrus grove to relax with the delicious scent that citrus fruits emanate. At the end of the visit, tasting of liqueurs, including limoncello, baba with limoncello, lemon ice cream and a typical citrus fruit jam.

Breakfast in hotel and meeting with the tour leader. Transfer by shuttle to the port of Sorrento to embark for Capri, the queen of the gulf, considered in every age as paradise on earth. The island, of great charm and splendor, has always seduced great personalities, such as intellectuals, artists and writers, enraptured by its magical beauty, and still today it is frequented by thousands of tourists every day. The guided tour of Capri allows you to appreciate every corner of this island guarded by the three Faraglioni, characterized by jagged coasts, beaten by a turquoise sea, deep caves, breathtaking landscapes and magnificent villas, all constantly accompanied by the silence and the scents of nature . The Capri tour will make you daydream immersing yourself in a magical and eternal world that will remain forever in the heart of every visitor. Once in Capri, we will reach Anacapri by minibus, to visit the historic center, a place where it is still possible to stroll through the calm of the silent squares and the streets colored by geraniums and bougainvillea. Free time for shopping or to reach Monte Solaro by chairlift (with supplement to be paid locally), the most panoramic point of the island of Capri: from its terraces the view goes from the Faraglioni to the center of Capri, up to the Sorrentine Peninsula, the Galli islands and the entire Gulf of Naples. Free time for lunch. Return to Capri and visit the famous “Piazzetta”, known as “the living room of the world”, a place where movie stars and famous people of the “Dolce Vita” walked. Continue to visit the Gardens of Augustus consisting of a series of flowered terraces overlooking the Faraglioni of Capri on one side, the Bay of Marina Piccola and the bends of Via Krupp on the other. Free time for shopping. Return by motorboat to the Port of Sorrento and transfer by shuttle to the hotel for dinner and overnight.
Breakfast in the hotel and meeting with the tour leader. Departure by bus for the tour of the Amalfi Coast, a natural paradise declared a World Heritage Site in 1997. Along the panoramic coast road, we can appreciate all the picturesque and colorful villages full of lemon trees and bougainvillea, poised on majestic cliffs plunging into the blue sea. Along the way, we will ahve a quick stop at the Belvedere of Positano to admire this unique town from above made of steep stairs and a myriad of narrow streets that intertwine, and again from arches, domes and arcades: an explosion of beauty. Continuation by bus to Amalfi where, at the arrival, we will be greeted by white houses set in the rock as if they were diamonds, connected to each other by suggestive stairways, covered alleys and flowered balconies. The most important place is the square where the Cathedral of Sant’Andrea is located, which will be visited inside, with the bell tower and the Cloister of Paradise. The Amalfi Coast takes its name from this town which was the first of the four Maritime republics. Continue by bus to Ravello, the city of music, home to the International Festival which has attracted many artists for 60 years. The natural landscapes, the enchanted atmosphere, the architectural beauty, make Ravello a treasure chest that preserves the wonders of the Amalfi Coast. Free time for lunch. Visit of Ravello among the roses and oleanders on a plateau from where the gaze sweeps into the sea and from where you can admire one of the most famous views. Another possible stop at Villa Rufolo, the jewel in the crown of Ravello’s immense historical heritage, from which you can still enjoy a spectacular view of the coast.
