The olive groves of Puglia are the oldest in the Mediterranean. Born on a red and humid soil the olive trees are often pluricentinary and present enormous trunks, often split into numerous branches but always exceptionally robust. The local hills of the Murge and Gargano produce a splendid silver and green sea, giving the whole area a magical aspect.
In this manufactuer it is possible to visit the mill, with its modern machinery, where the whole process will be explained from the picking to the pressing and bottling. The tour will end in the stocking area with a tasting.
