It’s possible to visit a manufacturer and learn all the secrets of the Prosciutto di Parma’s production, from the selection of the legs to the preparation. A tasting will follow, with typical dishes, delicious cold cuts, parmigiano reggiano parmesan and wines from the hills near Parma. It will also be possible to buy typical local products.
